On March 8th, Governor Beverly Eaves Perdue proclaimed April 2011 as "Guardian ad Litem Child Advocate Month" in North Carolina. This was first proclaimed in 2009 and has continued annually. Once the 2011 Proclamation has been posted to her site online, we will provide you a link in order to read.
